The Protected (#43)

GPS: 9°53'5.10"N; 85°30'53.45"W
The Protected (#43) is a sound and visual installation with a video and sound component that is one of many location recordings that Bowie recorded during and after the rewilding of Órbitas.
Clouds slowly transform as the viewer listens (both speakers within the instatallation or through headphones flanking several adarondack-like chairs within the space.) A multitude of insect, bird and animal species in this and an archive of field recordings are currently being identified in these field recordings that will be added to a developing archive.
